- All websites installed and hosted by StoneHedge.net.au are part of a hosting package and each client is paying for the rights to use their Website as part of this package. All content/products/images and descriptions added to the website by the client remain the property and responsibility of the client.
- Upon creation of of an Website Hosting Package, the client is paying for the right to use the website in anyway they want, provided they do not violate the terms and conditions set by StoneHedge.net.au and all applicalable state and federal laws. All websites included in our Website Hosting Packages are non-transferable and must remain hosted by StoneHedge.net.au for the life of the website.
- If the client chooses to modify the websites code, server configuration or any other settings affecting the outcome of the clients website, StoneHedge.net.au accepts no responsibility for website malfunctions resulting from the clients actions. Some fees may be required to correct any malfunctions resulting from the clients actions of the above mentioned processes.
- Some fees may apply to Web Hosting upgrades such as additional disk space, bandwidth and other web hosting features and/or website design modifications.
- If web hosting and/or modification, reconstruction or upgrade fees are not payed on time StoneHedge.net.au reserves the right to deactivate the clients account until correct payment is received securely by StoneHedge.net.au via our online payment system or other pre-arranged payment methods. All prices listed on StoneHedge.net.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Web Hosting support services are provided by StoneHedge.net.au as part of our Website Packages via our 24 hour knowledge base and a Live Support Center where you can speak 1-on-1 with our staff in a private chatroom to answer any queries you may have relating to your Website Package(s).
